The Boss Has Donkey Ears (2019)

This program puts the power in the employees’ hands as three bosses take an appraisal. Veteran comedian, famous chef, and the Mayor of Seoul enter the appraisal with confidence, but soon face the reality of what their own staffs have to say. Through a barrage of facts about their work habits, the bosses try to deny or deflect the realities, but eventually look back at themselves. The vast difference between what the bosses think and what the staffs think creates a comedic atmosphere to blow off work-related stress.
